After chilling, intelligent bird distribution to further processing is vital for the best use of each bird.

Birds are selected for whole bird packing, Food Service
cut-up or ProFlex cut-up according to individual bird characteristics, sales forecasts and production capacities.

The bird weight is captured on our Weigh Transfer 520 while the quality grade is detected on our vision camera system. These bird characteristics are then used by our Production Management Software to distribute each bird for best-fit processing, thereby optimising the individual bird value.
