The compact ProFlex Classic Cut-Up system is designed in a complete frame structure with all cabling pre-wired and delivered as a “plug-and-process” system. Line speed up to 6000 birds per hour.
ProFlex Premium is an advanced cut-up system offering a high degree of processing flexibility and efficiency. The bypassing feature automatically controls the cut-up process so a variety of products can be produced on the same system. Line speed up to 7000 birds per hour.
