Deboning

As the consumer demand for convenience poultry products rises worldwide, the demand for deboning also rises. We offer both breast deboning and thigh deboning equipment.

Breast Deboning

We offer fully automatic deboning of front halves on our Breast Deboner 656 and semi-automatic deboning of breast caps on our Breast Cap Deboner 660. In both deboning systems, our approach to breast filleting is intelligent measuring of the product being deboned to ensure the highest yield and product quality.

To increase food safety and fillet quality, we furthermore offer the X-Ray Scanner 886 to detect possible bone particles left in the meat before it is packed and sent to the end consumer.

Thigh Deboning

Our Thigh Filleting System 632 is able to process 14,000legs per hour while keeping the leg in a standard ProFlex Premium cut-up shackle. Through the complete thigh filleting process, the position of the knee joint is critical.

The system is designed to securely maintain the knee joint in the same position during the entire process thereby optimising performance and yield.
